What We Do Not Store: We do not store the content of your conversations or messages sent to AI agents. Message content is passed through our service to facilitate communication with AI agents but is not retained on our servers.

Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect device tokens to deliver notifications to your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Route your requests to AI agents in real-time
• Send you notifications about your sessions and agent activity
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

Third-Party Services

• Authentication Providers: Google and GitHub for account sign-in. Their privacy policies govern data they collect during authentication.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and session metadata for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@cmd-ctrl.ai from the email address associated with your account. Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Delete your account credentials and profile information
• Delete your session metadata and notification preferences
• Delete your push notification tokens
• Remove your device registrations

All personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
